Returns & Refunds

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA s.44), you may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, and receive a refund. You bear the cost of returning the goods. This does not apply to certain items (e.g. perishable goods, or audio/video/software once unsealed).

Under the Consumer Protection Act, defective goods may be returned for repair, replacement or refund within 6 months. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 30 days of an approved return.
